AOC Saint Jean de Minervois

Grano menudo muscat.
Natural sweet wine.
To produce this wine we have taken care of all the details: using boxes to harvest mature grapes and racking the must for four days. After debourbage, the fermentation process starts at a very low temperature (13 – 14º C.) in order to reach 8% alcohol by volume. At that moment, wine alcohol is added until the must reaches 15%. More than half of the alcohol of this natural sweet wine comes from its own fermentation and all sugar (120 g/l) from the grape itself.
Area: AOC Saint Jean de Minervois.
Colour: Straw yellow. Clean and bright.
Nose: Honey and citrus aromas. It highlights straightforward and in an intense manner the typical aroma of the petit grain muscat.
Palate: Tasty and creamy. Sweet, with a sour hint that balances the wine perfectly.
