Domaine Perna Batut

VINIFICATION

A natural sweet wine made by Chozas Carrascal in France.
To produce this wine, all the details have been taken care of,
starting by hand harvest in boxes of 10kg, racking the must for 4 days,
and starting of fermentation at a very low temperature.

100% Petit Muscat

SENSORY ANALYSIS

Straw yellow colour. Clean and bright

Honey and orange blossom. Intense aromas of mango, peach and figs.

Tasty and silky texture. The right sweetness with a counterpoint of acidity that gives this wine a great balance.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Fermentation is stopped with alcohol supplements binding up to 15%. More than half of the alcohol in this natural sweet wine comes from fermentation; and all the sugar (120 g / l) from the grape itself.
