Maceration of the blend up to 8 hours, in the interior of the press up to 2 hours to reduce the colour extraction and get fresh and clean aromas. Separation of the free-running must from the pressed must, using only the best quality wine. Light static racked of the must at low temperature.
40% Tempranillo, 25% Merlot, 20% Syrah y 15% Garnacha.
Temperature: approximately 6º-8º.
Due to the tannic structure of the wine and its varietal complexity, this is a wine capable of standing up to dishes with powerful flavours and aromas, such as rice accompanied by meat, oily fish and foods in which seasonings such as paprika have been used that need the balance of a powerful tannin.
