This is a wine with a high aromatic intensity and a big expression of Sauvignon Blanc as it is grown in the Mediterranean. It has a clean and intense aroma. A characteristic white that perfectly marks the Sauvignon Blanc of the Mediterranean. In the mouth the Macabeo variety gives it a balanced acidity that provides freshness and structure. It has a high aromatic expression reprising the aromas on the nose. Long and pleasant after taste.
